Our commitments
After 9 years of existence, Chronofresh can look back on a solid foundation : 9 million parcels delivered, over 250 employees and 6,000 customers.
This success is the result of our constant ability to adapt and to manage the impact of our activities on our customers, employees, suppliers, the environment and society.
Our determination to strengthen Chronofresh's social and environmental responsibility is reflected in a policy based on three pillars. These are broken down into eight commitments that guide our day-to-day actions and shape our ambition.
Commitment no. 1 : Enhance the skills and know-how of our employees.
Commitment no. 2 : Guarantee equal opportunities and professional integration.
Commitment no. 3 : Promote health and well-being in the workplace
The IPSOS Institute's 2023 Social Barometer reveals that our commitment index is 81%* and that 88% of our employees have responded positively to the promotion of diversity within the company.
*Average of positive scores obtained on 4 questions concerning confidence in the Group's future, pride in belonging, confidence in one's professional future and recommending one's company to a friend or family member.
Commitment no. 4 : Develop an ethical and sustainable offering and business model
Commitment no. 5 : Strengthen proximity and territorial roots
Commitment no. 6 : Promote consumer safety
Our food safety management system is managed, managed and certified to ISO 22 000.
Commitment no. 7 : Reduce our carbon footprint
Commitment no. 8 : Promote the circular economy
The donation of 38 tonnes of foodstuffs was organized in 2023 for the benefit of associations distributing to people in precarious situations.
Gender Equality Index
For the second time, we can publish our Gender Equality Index and are proud to announce a score of 89/100 in 2023.
This index is based on 4 distinct criteria, enabling us to calculate a score out of 100, which breaks down as follows:
34/40 => Gender pay gap
35/35 => Difference in the rate of individual increases
15/15 => Percentage of employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave
5/10 => Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners
This result illustrates Chronofresh's day-to-day attention to professional equality between women and men, despite a male-dominated professional sector.

Life at head office and in the hubs
Our work environments are designed to promote team well-being and collaboration.
Head office
Located at the Magnetik (Paris 14th), our head office offers modern, user-friendly facilities.
We boast the capital's largest business terrace with 5,000 m² of gardens, perfect for relaxing or organizing events. Catering options include a main restaurant, an Italian pop-up and a catering bar, as well as two cafés for a relaxed atmosphere.
A bike room and gym are also available to our staff.
Our open-plan offices stimulate creativity and team-building in a dynamic environment.
Coworking spaces, meeting rooms and bubbles enable you to work as a team or to isolate yourself to work more serenely.
Hubs
We attach great importance to the quality and safety of our infrastructure. Our most recent hubs are equipped with adapted break rooms, spacious and bright workplaces and meeting rooms.
Our operational hub in the Paris region are easily accessible by public transport, facilitating our employees' daily commute.
Our Delifresh branch is ideally located on the Rungis Marché d'Intérêt National (MIN), enabling us to be as close as possible to food industry professionals.
This proximity is a major asset for the responsiveness and efficiency of our delivery service.
Built in 2021, this hub has enabled us to improve the quality of life for our employees, making it accessible to all, and to provide all the necessary amenities (adapted changing rooms, lunch room, break room, meeting rooms, etc.), going beyond the usual standards.
